The Administration and Maintenance Headquarters opened in 1991. Situated on seven acres in North Little Rock at 901 Maple Street, it is a few blocks from downtown North Little Rock and the Alltel Arena, and only four minutes from downtown Little Rock. It is directly adjacent to the main Union Pacific lines and therefore well situated for an expanding role in rail transit operations. The facility cost about $3.5 million, and was built with assistance from the Federal Transit Administration.
The Maintenance Operation houses and services the entire fleet of more than eighty vehicles. Fuel and cleaning operations are housed in separate buildings on the site. 
The Administrative Building houses all administrative functions and operations management. Paratransit and fixed-route dispatching occur here. The Board of Directors meets in the conference room on the third Tuesday of each month at 12 noon.
