CATA provides bus service in Little Rock, North Little Rock, Maumelle, Jacksonville, Sherwood, and in unincorporated areas of Pulaski County on 22 fixed routes and 4 express routes using 59 buses. Each bus is equipped with an electronic farebox, a bicycle rack, ADA low-floor accessibility and ramps, mobility device securements, and a multiple camera surveillance monitoring system.
Commuter Express Service is provided from outlying areas to downtown Little Rock and the State Capitol complex. Commuting on CATA allows riders to avoid the stresses of the rush-hour commute, decrease environmental pollutants affecting air quality, and save hundreds of dollars in fuel, parking, insurance, and maintenance costs.
Bus fare is the same amount for express routes as it is for regular fixed routes. Passes, tickets, and cards are honored on express routes.
Lost & Found
If you leave something on the bus, report it as soon as possible.

Include as much information in your report as possible including the route name, bus number, bus operator name, day of week, time of day, location you got off the bus. CATA will contact the bus operator for you and try to locate your missing property. CATA will let you know how to retrieve your property if it is located.
Every CATA bus is equipped with a double position bike rack. Each rack will accommodate two bicycles. CATA is currently testing triple position bike racks on a few of the highest ridership routes that will accommodate three bicycles.
Bicycles are NOT allowed to be stored or transported inside the bus.
