PROGRAMMING SCHEMATIC DESIGN MAINTENANCE FACILITY EXPANSION

The Central Arkansas Transit Authority is soliciting proposals for the Programming/Schematic Design for expansion of its current maintenance facility located at 100 East 7th Street.

Proposals may be downloaded from the website at www.cat.org or picked up at CATA administrative offices at 901 Maple Street, North Little Rock, AR.

Proposals are due not later than June 14, 2006, 2:30PM

Frequently Asked Questions

Question: Are you asking for a price bid? There is a bid form in the package.

Answer: While cost will not be the deciding factor for this project, we are requesting your cost to ensure that it falls within our budget for the project.


Question: Are your requiring the team to be D/WBE? There is a certificate number 4 for that certification.

Answer: Being a DBE is not a requirement for funding. The certification provides us with documentation in the event the selected contractor is a DBE. CATA's DBE goal is 1.6%.
