A division of Central Arkansas Transit, Links Paratransit provides mobility to persons who are prevented by disability from using regular fixed-route service.

Traveling within the areas of Pulaski County served by fixed-route buses, Links offers curb-to-curb service to customers who have been certified as paratransit eligible under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
