Service RequestsOnce eligibility has been established, you may call 375-9607 or TDD 375-9608 to request a reservation. You are encouraged to call in your request as far in advance as possible. For more detailed information, please see the Policies & Procedures Manual for Customers. Telephones are answered during these hours:Monday through Friday, 5:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. Saturday, 8:00 a.m.-12:00 noon; answering machine thereafter Sunday, answering machine If no one is available to answer your call, please leave your name and number on the answering machine. A scheduler will return your call as soon as possible. |
