Each morning, Monday through Friday, CAT express buses provide two trips from outlying areas into downtown Little Rock and the State Capitol. More>> SATURDAY RIVER RAIL HOURS EXPAND FOR SUMMER 2006 The River Rail Streetcar Line begins operating at 7:30 a.m. and continues until midnight each Saturday through September 30. Early-morning visitors to the Farmers Market can double their pleasure with a streetcar ride.
