Service Policies
Cancellations
Cancellations should be made at LEAST two hours prior to pick-up.
Schedule Changes
Schedule changes can be made up to a week in advance. Remember to let us know when your schedule changes.
No Shows
If you cannot make your trip and fail to call at LEAST two hours prior to your scheduled pick-up time - it will result in a "no show." First and second "no shows" will result in a written warning. Three "no shows" and your service may be cancelled.
