River Rail Streetcar ProjectPhase One: Track and Overhead Power SupplyBy December, the remaining two bid packages - Track and Overhead Power Supply - should be available to contractors. Invitations to Bid will be advertised in the Arkansas Democrat Gazette, the North Little Rock Times, the Arkansas State Press, Passenger Transport, and this Web site. Prosepective bidders can get on a notification list by completing this form. Phase 1 will cost around $16 million and is fully funded. Eighty (80) percent of the funding is from Federal sources ranging from New Starts Rail funds, flex STP funds, and High Priority funds from TEA 21.
